Project Overview

Care Ease is a mobile healthcare app designed to help families easily find, book, and manage trusted home nursing services for elderly care and post-hospital recovery.

As a solo UX/UI designer, I led the project end-to-end — from defining the problem and user research to interaction design, visual design, and high-fidelity prototyping.

The goal was to reduce the stress and uncertainty families face when arranging home care, especially in time-sensitive or emotionally charged situations.

Problem:

Finding reliable home nursing care is often confusing, time-consuming, and trust-dependent.

Users struggle with:

• Lack of transparency around caregiver credibility
• Fragmented booking and communication processes
